How the website cost calculator works

This free calculator gives you a realistic price range for building a website in Egypt, Saudi Arabia or the United Arab Emirates. Pick the type of site, the number of pages, how many languages it needs, whether you want an online store, and how many third-party integrations are required. The estimate updates instantly and is shown in Egyptian pounds (EGP), Saudi riyals (SAR) and UAE dirhams (AED), so you can budget in the currency you actually pay in.

The result is a range rather than a single number on purpose. Two websites with the same page count can differ in design depth, content volume and the amount of custom functionality behind them. The range shows the realistic spread between a lean build and a fully custom one.

What drives the cost of a website

Type of website

A one-page landing site is the cheapest because it has a single goal and almost no back-end. A company website adds several pages, a contact flow and usually a content dashboard. An online store adds products, a cart, checkout, payments and order management. A custom web application — a portal, booking system or internal tool — is the most expensive because the logic is unique to your business.

Number of pages and content

Every package includes a set number of pages. Extra pages cost more because each one needs layout work, content entry, SEO setup and testing on mobile. Bringing your own ready text and images lowers the cost; writing and photography are separate services.

Languages and right-to-left design

A bilingual Arabic and English website is the norm in the Gulf and Egypt. Each additional language means translated content, right-to-left layouts that are tested properly, language switching and separate SEO metadata — so the price increases by a percentage for every extra language.

E-commerce

Selling online adds payment gateways, shipping rules, tax or VAT handling, inventory and order emails. If the site type you picked is not already a store, enabling this option adds the store setup to the estimate.

Integrations

Payment gateways, CRM systems, booking engines, WhatsApp, analytics and ERP systems such as Odoo each need development, testing and sometimes a paid account on the provider's side. Each integration is priced individually.

Egypt, Saudi Arabia and the UAE

Technical work is similar across the three markets, but requirements differ. Egyptian projects often prioritise local payment methods and a strong Arabic experience. Saudi projects commonly need Arabic-first design, local payment options and e-invoicing awareness. UAE projects usually require polished bilingual design and fast delivery for business clients. Prices in this calculator are converted from EGP using exchange rates that are reviewed regularly.

What is not included

The estimate covers design, development, SEO foundations, testing and launch. Domain registration, hosting, paid plugins, professional copywriting, photography and ongoing marketing are separate. A final quote is prepared after a short discovery call, once the exact scope is clear.

Using your result

Frequently asked questions

How much does a website cost in Egypt?

It depends mainly on the type of site. A landing page costs the least, a company website more, an online store more again, and a custom web application the most. Use the calculator above to get a range in EGP for your exact requirements.

Are the prices in Saudi riyals and UAE dirhams different from Egypt?

The scope of work is priced once and converted to SAR and AED using regularly reviewed exchange rates, so you can compare budgets across markets. The final quote is confirmed in the currency you choose.

Is the estimate a fixed quote?

No. It is a planning range based on typical projects. A fixed quote is prepared after a short discovery call, once the pages, features and integrations are confirmed.

Does the price include hosting, domain and content?

No. Domain registration, hosting, paid plugins, copywriting and photography are separate. The estimate covers design, development, SEO foundations, testing and launch.

How long does it take to build a website?

A landing page usually takes one to two weeks, a company website three to five weeks, and an online store or web application five to ten weeks or more, depending on content readiness and approvals.
